Every floor carries its own pour window and cycle. Shift one and the floors above re-chain behind it, counted in working days against the project calendar — so three weeks of shutdown is three weeks of work lost, not twenty-one days on a calendar.
Each item carries a count on every floor it sits on, and the grid never guesses. Counted, none on this floor, and not counted yet are three different answers — and the elevation shows which one you are looking at.
Release an item to the factory and record it arriving. Reverse an order and the timeline says who placed it, when, and why it was pulled back — because the correction matters as much as the original.
Roles decide who may schedule, order, or close work. Every switch is enforced by the API, not merely hidden from the screen — so what a role cannot do, it genuinely cannot do.
Add the buildings, then a run of floors with one pour cycle. Weekend rules are set per building, so a yard that works Saturdays schedules differently to one that does not.
Put each element on the floors it belongs to and give it a count. Every placement runs for that floor’s own window, so moving the floor moves the work with it.
Send a job to the next role in the chain with the drawings attached. The timeline keeps who sent it, who holds it now, and what was said — permanently.
